Terms & Conditions
By using our services you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions which may change from time to time without notice.
- For orders with bill amount less than Rs 499/- there will a charge of Rs 100 for pick-up and delivery.
- All offers, whether displayed on the website, advertisement, leaflet or any other means, subject to change at any time.
- The customer will have to check their garments and articles for any valuables before handing them over to us. We are not responsible for them.
- It is not possible to examine to each and every article at the time of receiving of the clothes ,all articles are thoroughly examine in workshop and any report from workshop about the condition of the article received shall be accepted.
- The firm do not hold themselves responsible for any delay in executing the order due to the unavoidable circumstances though very care will be taken to execute the order.
- The Firm reserves the right of refusing to do the job even after it has been accepted by the executive. The customer will be informed at an earliest opportunity
- "Tunix laundry" is not responsible for fastness of color or shrinkage of garments & does not guarantee 100% removal of stains
- Whilst we take care to ensure that the stain is removed without damaging the article, we do not guarantee complete removal of stains. We understand that the article will be dear to the customer and if we are unsure of treating the stain without damaging the article, we will return it in its original conditions. Processing charges still apply.
- "Tunix laundry" cannot be held responsible for breakage of buttons, hooks, beads, trimmings or threads-out "Tunix laundry" cannot be held responsible for delay, loss or damage to any arising from unforeseen circumstances or from causes beyond control. We process all articles at customer’s risk .Our liability with respect to any damaged to garments caused by us shall not exceed Five (5) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.
- In case any garments are missing the firm will make every effort to trace it the same, and if not found within 1 month the firm will pay 5 times of the laundry charges.
- All invoices must be paid on delivery/ collection of garments or as otherwise directed by us and we reserve the right to retain your goods until payment in full is received.
- We provide absolutely hi-tech cleaning process and the results are at par with the industry standards. However, there will be no refunds if individual customer argues that the cleaning service is not up to his / her satisfaction or expectation.
- Please check all the garments at time of delivery. Once delivery has been taken, we will not entertain any complaint regarding lesser number of garments given by us or any damage done to the garment.
- Any complaint(s) must be highlighted to the Tunix laundry Team without delay; and at the latest in the (1) One business day after delivery of the articles and with the presentation of original receipt (paper or digital).
- The complaints are carefully examined by our customer service team and are respectively justified / rectified by our teams. Normal time delay may apply to the rectification process. Our objective is to respond to every complaint at the earliest, however, any complaints and grievance cases may take up to (10) ten days for an appropriate response as this has to be certified and checked of the possibilities by our quality supervision and operations teams.
- If pickup orders are to be returned without processing, a charge of Rs 200 is applicable for cancellation of order.
- The customer have to collect their articles within 60 days of the collection date mentioned in the invoice after which Tunix Laundry cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of any article. Also, a Safe Keeping Charge of Rs. 1000/- per order per month will be charged post 60 days from the delivery date.
- No claim will exceed Five (5) times of the laundry charges.
- No agent or employee of Tunix Laundry has any authority to alter these terms in any manner.
- All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
